Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn and grow in a professional development environment. The candidate will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software applications while working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of web and software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Debug, test, and fix software issues
- Support senior developers in ongoing projects
- Collaborate with designers and team members to meet project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings
- Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and OOP concepts
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with any programming language such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, or Java
- Basic knowledge of frameworks like React, Laravel, or Django
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
