Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of business processes and system workflows
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
• Certification like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar

• Basic knowledge of programming or data querying
