We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX / Digital Strategist to lead the design and execution of user-centric digital strategies. You will combine UX expertise with business strategy to create seamless, engaging, and conversion-driven digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute UX and digital strategy aligned with business goals
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing
- Create user journeys, personas, and experience maps
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams
- Optimize digital products for conversion, engagement, and retention
- Lead UX audits and recommend improvements
- Oversee wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX strategy or digital strategy roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies and strategic thinking
- Expertise in UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital agencies
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
- Experience leading teams or mentoring designers
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies
